About the event
Our dogs are treasured companions that are sensitive to the emotions of their human family. If you relax, they can too. A guided forest bathing walk with your dog is a chance to sync with the slow pace of the forest and invite your dog to come along! This is a really slow and meditative walk with lots of stops and some independent wandering, standing or sitting. It will be important to dress appropriately and to stay comfortable and dry based on the weather that day including layering clothing and bringing rain gear. At the end of the walk there will be a tea ceremony. During the summer months bug repellent may be needed.
